Insomnia is something which many people complain of, and it’s associated with all sorts of mental and physical ill health.  Sometimes it’s the ill health that comes first, sometimes prolonged lack of sleep will cause ill health, and we just can’t recognise that it’s the sleep that is the cause. 

There are two things we look at, whether the client can’t fall asleep or whether they can fall asleep, but they wake up and then can’t get back to sleep. Everything that we do as human beings derives from our mind-body connection, and very often we have some thought or belief that has been created in childhood as a response to an event that happened, and is now having a negative impact all these years later. 

Sleep is a vital part of health and insomnia is not a natural condition, so if you are suffering with this, don’t feel that you have to put up with it or that it’s just what you are like.  Using the RTT Method hypnotherapy, I can work with you to uncover what is at the source of the insomnia and to create a perfect sleep pattern for you. We work using the subconscious mind and you will be able to bring about sleep wherever you are and whenever you choose. 

This means that you will be able to give your tired body what it needs, blissful repairing time, your brain will be able to rest and process what it needs to and you’ll have more energy and vigour in the day, to achieve all that you want to.

We train your mind that you can let go of your fears, worries, and overactive thoughts, and I’ll create an individual recording for you to listen to which will reinforce the mind training to enable permanent wonderful transformation.   

Rather than trying to squash down any thoughts, it can be beneficial to look at them, as an observer, noticing that they are thoughts and you are not your thoughts.  Your thoughts are rather like clouds in the sky and they float across. You can notice them and let them go, let them pass over your mind and breathe deeply, allowing them to move on and past you.
